Meet Carine
Carine Mouna Epse Chokote, MSN, RN, DNP Candidate, is a nurse leader, author, healthcare advocate, and founder whose life and work are rooted in compassion, resilience, and service. With nearly a decade of experience caring for veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and vulnerable populations, she has dedicated her career to helping others heal, grow, and thrive.
Beyond healthcare, Carine is a passionate storyteller who believes that every scar carries a story and every challenge holds the potential for transformation. Through her memoir Beautiful Scars, the Beautiful Scars Museum, and Soul Therapy TV, she inspires people around the world to turn pain into purpose, embrace healing, and discover hope beyond life’s most difficult seasons.
